California Masonry Council (CMC)’s mission is to be a catalyst, advocate, and the best masonry resource in California. Our organization promotes masonry as an essential design and building material while uniting our trade with the AEC community (architecture, engineering, and construction).
CMC is an active representative of the California masonry trade, participating in forums and events to forge strategic partnerships that communicate, connect, inform, and assist AEC professionals to successfully integrate masonry into their projects.
As a connector and valuable resource among masonry stakeholders, CMC brings experts and industry leaders together to drive growth and positive change.
CMC is a division of the Masonry Institute of America (MIA) — a California-based trade resource providing technical guidance and research to improve and extend the use of masonry — and funded by masonry contractors.
We’re also busy researching and promoting masonry advantages, sustainability, design, technology, and industry news to build the largest network of masonry and AEC professionals.
