Who we may share your data with

MIA Contributing Members: Certain contact information for MIA Members is displayed on the MIA Website. First name, last name, and business name may be visible to the public.

Technical Inquiries: Technical inquiries submitted to MIA may be forwarded to industry professionals with the expertise needed to provide an informed response. MIA may share any information submitted with the inquiry including, but not limited to, name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.

Third-party Order Fulfillment: Some products and services purchased through MIA may require fulfillment by a third-party. In these cases, shipping address and contact information may need to be shared to enable these parties to perform their functions. MIA will not distribute payment information to these third parties.

Law Enforcement: MIA may also release information when appropriate in order to comply with the law, enforce site policies, protect the rights, property, or safety of MIA or when investigating fraud or other illegal activities.

Payment processing

MIA uses a third-party payment processor, PayPal, to process credit/debit card payments. Credit card details are securely transferred directly to PayPal for payment processing and are not stored by MIA. Cookies & Tracking

The MIA website may use cookies to store information, retain shopping cart information, process payments via PayPal, and compile aggregate site traffic data.
